Capability Risk<br \/>\nRisks associated with building the skills an organization needs<br \/>\nto compete now and in the future. These risks include the breadth and depth of skills and capabilities present within a workforce, and how well-aligned these are to an organization\u2019s needs.<\/p>\n<p>2. Capacity Risk<br \/>\nRisks around the succession into critical roles and retention of<br \/>\ncritical people and teams. In other words, will an organization be able to maintain the size and shape of workforce needed to deliver its business plan?<\/p>\n<p>3.Cost Risks<br \/>\nWhat is the risk of a workforce becoming unaffordable?<br \/>\nWhat will it cost an organization to recruit and retain the people it needs?<br \/>\nWill it be able to afford the overall cost of its workforce?<\/p>\n<p>4.Connection Risks<br \/>\nThese risks consider factors such as engagement and performance.<br \/>\nWhat is the risk of an organization\u2019s top talent becoming disengaged?<br \/>\nWill an organization\u2019s talent-related processes remain sufficiently joined-up?<\/p>\n<p>5.Compliance Risks<br \/>\nRisks relating to employee behavior, regulations and laws.
