How to use

Tips for participants, whether as a facilitator or a leader, in the Talent Review Meeting:

As a facilitator

Preparation: Ask one question from ‘Career’, ‘Context’ or ‘Retention’ to prepare the manager.

Opening: Start with an ‘Organisation’ question to establish the strategic framework.

During the meeting: Vary the topics. Use ‘Challenging biases’ if the group tends to reach consensus too quickly.

Closing: Conclude with a ‘Communication’ or ‘Organisation’ question to set out concrete next steps.

As a participant

Preparation: answer one question per theme

During the meeting: share your answer to a question that resonates with you. Ask questions about ‘Growth’, ‘Career’ and ‘Communication’.

Wrap-up: Decide for yourself whether you found answers to the questions that resonated with you the most.
